Pelaksanaan pemusnahan tersebut yang dilaksanakan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Makassar pada hari Kamis, 08/08/2024. Pemusnahan dilakuan bertempat di Halaman kantor Cabang kejaksaan Negeri Makassar, Jalan Hatta Pelabuhan Kecamatan Ujung Tanah, Kota Makassar.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Makassar Nauli Rahim Siregar mengatakan, barang bukti yang dimusnahkan telah diputus pengadilan dan berkekuatan hukum tetap atau inkracht, serta tidak dapat lagi untuk diedarkan. Barang bukti yang dimusnahkan merupakan barang bukti perkara dari periode akhir 2023 hingga Juli 2024 atau kurang lebih sekitar 6 bulan.
